Indian Air Force Heritage Museum Chandigarh
The Indian Air Force Heritage Museum, located at Chandigarh is India's first air force heritage centre. Opened in May 2023, it showcases the role of Indian Air Force (IAF) in all the wars and is equipped with modern paraphernalia like virtual reality, augmented reality, hologram, simulators and electro mechanical enclosures. Open Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm.
Losel Doll museum
Located on the grounds of the Norbulingka Institute is the Losel Doll Museum. More than 150 dolls dressed in traditional costume from various parts of Tibet are included. These were produced by artistic monks from the Drepung Loseling Monastery as an effort to help the monastery.
Sudha Car Museum
Quirky museum with a collection of cars designed by Sudhakar Yadav to look like everyday objects. Open Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 6 pm.
Urusvati Museum Of Folklore
Urusvati Centre serves as an ideal getaway which has a lot to offer in terms of space and nature’s bounty. With the Aravalli Hills in the background, quietly tucked away in lush and green surroundings just 2 kms from the 2nd toll on NH8 in Gurgaon, off the Jaipur Highway, Urusvati is easy to access. The Centre has a Museum on the Folk lore of India, depicted beautifully through paintings, sculpture, musical instruments and handicrafts. It also has an Art Gallery with works of talented artists. Sulabh International Museum Of Toilets
The Museum has a rare collection of facts, pictures and objects detailing the historic evolution of toilets from 2500 BC to date. It provides a chronological account of developments relating to technology, toilet related social customs, toilet etiquettes, prevailing sanitary conditions and legislative efforts of different times. It has an extensive display of privies, chamber pots, toilet furniture, bidets and water closets in use from 1145 AD to the modern times. It also has a rare collection of beautiful poems related to toilet, their usage. Open Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm.
